Michael Smith has been working in the residential housing industry since 1973. Michael worked as a carpenter until 1984, when he began drawing home plans, first on his own, then for several large manufactured home and design firms.

Michael has a talent for listening to his clients and gets a clear picture of what they want, uses his experience and understanding of space management to produce building plans that work, not only for the client, but in the timely acquisition of a building permit.
